FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A little context
goes a long way.

Understand the process before deciding whether a data partnership fits your business.

What does Rahvs do?+

Rahvs helps businesses explore paid operational-data partnerships. We qualify opportunities, connect companies with specialist providers, and coordinate the commercial conversation.

Who pays for the data?+

Payment is made by the contracting data provider or buyer under your signed licensing agreement. Rahvs may receive a referral fee or commission from that provider.

How much could our company receive?+

There is no universal price or guaranteed payout. Value depends on buyer demand, data relevance, quality, completeness, licensing rights, and preparation work. A written offer defines the actual commercial terms.

What makes a company a good fit?+

Established businesses with several years of connected digital records are a useful starting point. Employee count, geography, language, systems, and current provider demand all influence eligibility.

Do we need to upload data to get started?+

No. The first step is a description of your systems and operational history. Please do not submit datasets, credentials, confidential documents, or customer information through our inquiry flow.

Do we keep control of our data?+

The proposed scope and granted rights should be defined in the licensing agreement. Discuss ownership, exclusivity, duration, permitted use, approval requirements, and deletion terms with the contracting provider before sharing.

How is sensitive information handled?+

Preparation and de-identification are handled according to the provider’s agreed process. Ask for dataset-specific safeguards and review standards. Removing names alone does not establish that a dataset is anonymous.

Is this recurring revenue?+

Some partnerships may include additional deliveries or later opportunities. Recurring payments apply only if they are included in your agreement.

Are you affiliated with a specific AI lab?+

We do not claim an exclusive relationship with, or endorsement from, any AI lab. Provider selection depends on the opportunity and confirmed commercial arrangements.
